The Los Angeles Lakers were deemed a potential trade destination for Giannis Antetokounmpo next year, if they offer Austin Reaves in return.

ESPN’s Shams Charania reported Monday on “Get Up” that Giannis Antetokounmpo is in the midst of “very real conversations over the last week or so,” and that there is “nothing set in stone” about whether he’ll stay with the Bucks or leave Milwaukee this offseason.

During the 2024-25 NBA season, Antetokounmpo once again dominated the rest of the league. He played in 67 games, averaging 30.4 points, 11.9 rebounds, 6.5 assists, 1.2 blocks, and 0.9 steals per game, while also shooting 60.1 percent from the floor.
