A Maryland woman with a long history of severe mental illness has been rearrested and charged with killing two of her children.

Catherine Hoggle, a Maryland mother whose two young children vanished more than a decade ago, was reindicted last week on two counts of murder. Hoggle, now 38, was arrested on Friday, following her release from a psychiatric facility last month,

It's not clear why she was released from the hospital and whether she was receiving psychiatric treatment in a different capacity since then.
