ESPN is paying an average of $325 million per year for five years of WWE's premium live events, including WrestleMania, SummerSlam and Royal Rumble.

ESPN and WWE reached a five-year, $1.6 billion agreement that includes exclusive rights to air the wrestling company’s premier live events (PLE) beginning in 2026, according to the Wall Street Journal, as part of the Worldwide Leader’s new direct-to-consumers streaming service launching later this month.

Under the new-age leadership of Triple H and Nick Khan, WWE just closed yet another monumental deal. In a blockbuster move, WWE and Disney have officially announced a five-year, $1.6 billion agreement that will see ESPN become the exclusive streaming home for WWE’s Premium Live Events (PLEs) beginning in 2026.
