Air quality advisories continue across Mid-Michigan, with Canadian wildfire smoke still impacting air quality statewide. However, our computer models are hinting at the potential for some improvement with the lingering smoke as we move into Wednesday.

The Michigan Department of Environment, Great Lakes and Energy said that pollutants across the state were expected to be in the Unhealthy for Sensitive Groups (USG, Orange AQI) range through Saturday, with some locations reaching the Unhealthy (Red AQI) range.
