Strangers convered on the Cabazon home of baby Emmanuel Haro, demanding answers even after San Bernardino County sheriff’s investigators arrested his parents on suspicion of murder.

Eight days after Rebecca Haro reported the disappearance of infant son Emmanuel Aug. 14, she and his dad Jake Haro were arrested on a murder charge, the San Bernardino Sheriff Department confirmed.
