Dollar General has issued a recall for three lots of its 8-ounce Clover Valley Instant Coffee after the product was found to potentially contain fragments of glass, according to the Food and Drug Administration.

Dollar General has issued a voluntary recall in 46 U.S. states due to concerns of glass exposure in jars of its Clover Valley Instant Coffee.
