The Los Angeles Department of Water and Power has fully restored water service to customers in the Granada Hills and Porter Ranch customers. Officials say a Boil Water Notice will remain in effect for the next few days until water quality testing is complete.

Residents in Granada Hills and Porter Ranch finally have their water services restored Monday morning after it was out for nearly a week.

Water service has been restored to thousands of residents in the Granada Hills and Porter Ranch communities almost a week after service was disrupted, the Los Angeles Department of Water and Power says.
