Many of the lawmakers flew from Texas to Chicago on Sunday to break quorum and delay Republican redistricting plans.

Texas Republicans are scheduled to reconvene Tuesday after they voted to issue civil arrest warrants for Democrats who fled the state to stop a GOP-led redistricting effort.
