CABAZON, Calif. (AP) — The parents of a missing 7-month-old boy were arrested Friday as part of a murder investigation, authorities in Southern California said. While the mother reported last week her son Emmanuel was believed to have been kidnapped, sheriff’s authorities said they believe the child is dead.

San Bernardino County sheriff's homicide detectives arrested Jake Haro, 32, and Rebecca Haro, 41, at their home in Cabazon and booked them on suspicion of murder, according to the department.
